An affair to remember! Whether you are having your
ceremony, reception or both at the Paintbox Lodge it will be intimately
romantic and as lavish or casual as you wish. Our convenient, central locating is the perfect setting for your special day and your special guests. The Paintbox Lodge is located on the edge of town center Canmore, with a private yard, and a large Lobby/Great Room with fireplace and a Wedding Ceremony/Meeting room also with a fireplace. Cocktail Receptions or elegant sit-down dinners are available with many choices of caterers; you also have the option of having your celebratory dinner at any of the fine restaurants located town center Canmore. The Paintbox Lodge can host an intimate wedding of 30 people inside and 60 people outside. |
We are dedicated to making your time at the Paintbox Lodge magical and assist with all the necessary components for your event, including contacts for the ceremony, flowers, caterers, transportation, music, and adding your extra special touches.

Rates are in Canadian funds, and are subject to taxes of 6% GST and 4% AHT. We accept Visa, MC, AMX ,Cash and Debit.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.; please advise us in advance if you will be arriving after 7:00 p.m. on day of check-in as special arrangements will be made.
We are “No-Smoking” facility – The Paintbox Lodge has a strict no-smoking policy.

1. A one-night booking requires full pre-payment, including taxes, at time of booking to confirm reservation.
2. Two or more nights booking requires a 50% pre-payment of stay, including taxes, at time of booking to confirm reservation. Balance Due of stay will be processed on day of arrival. Extra charges will be processed at check-out.
3. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full pre-payment.
4. Individual Room Cancellations made NOT LESS THAN 7 DAYS prior to arrival will be gladly refunded less a handling fee of $50 per room, per night booked.
5. For cancellations made AFTER the CANCELLATION PERIOD no deposit or pre-payment will be refunded regardless of reason. We recommend you purchase CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
6. Group Bookings including Wedding Packages require a 50% non-refundable pre-payment.
7. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay.
8. Reservations do not include breakfast.
9. Reservation include Housekeeping except self-hosted or self-Catered stays.
10. If you incur additional charges or damages during your stay that were not settled at time of Check-out they will be billed to your credit card on file.
