Your Group and Guests have access to a terrific selection of restaurants, bistro, brew pubs, shopping, galleries, and creek & river trails, all within easy walking distance.
By booking the “Entire Paintbox Lodge” you have a private, Heritage Style Mountain Inn for your exclusive use. Included with your stay is the use of the Lobby/Great Room Area for functions such as receptions or meetings, plus private use of the Conference/Function Room at no additional charge.
The Lodge will sleep 18 people (shared beds or 11 people in individual beds) in five Luxury Suites comprising of eight bedrooms and 5 full luxurious bathrooms plus a powder room located next to Lobby and Conference Room.
Each suite features a full-size coffee and tea service area plus a fridge, cable TV, High Speed ADSL Internet connection and phone.

The Conference/Function Room and the Lobby/Great Room are very versatile for many activities. We will be more than happy to help configuring the lodge’s furniture, meeting areas and accommodate special equipment required for your group plus arrange additional Guest Services and Activities including receptions, catering, group activities, lunches, and entertainment.

Rates are in Canadian funds, and are subject to taxes of 6% GST and 4% AHT. We accept Visa, MC, AMX ,Cash and Debit.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.; please advise us in advance if you will be arriving after 7:00 p.m. on day of check-in as special arrangements will be made.

We are “No-Smoking” facility – The Paintbox Lodge has a strict no-smoking policy.

BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. A one-night booking requires full pre-payment, including taxes, at time of booking to confirm reservation.
2. Two or more nights booking requires a 50% pre-payment of stay, including taxes, at time of booking to confirm reservation. Balance Due of stay will be processed on day of arrival.  Extra charges will be processed at check-out.
3. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full pre-payment.
4. Individual Room Cancellations made NOT LESS THAN 7 DAYS prior to arrival will be gladly refunded less a handling fee of $50 per room, per night booked.
5. For cancellations made AFTER the CANCELLATION PERIOD no deposit or pre-payment will be refunded regardless of reason. We recommend you purchase CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
6. Group Bookings including Wedding Packages require a 50% non-refundable pre-payment.
7. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay.
8. Reservations do not  include breakfast.
9. Reservation include Housekeeping except self-hosted or self-Catered stays.
10. If you incur additional charges or damages during your stay that were not settled at time of Check-out they will be billed to your credit card on file.
